Meet Our Founders

Building a company focused on people and impact

Taylor Worth

Co-Founder & CEO

15 years in support, call centers, and outsourcing has taught me that the most important thing is to build a team that cares about their work. With so much talent in the world, sustainable operations is about execution – creating careers that attract the great talent, whether it's a stepping stone or a long-term stop. To do that, we have to re-think where we hire, how we manage, and what the job of a customer support team truly is.

Scott Fessler

Co-Founder & President

Employee experience is where it all starts. Better customer service, better processes, and better results all start from a team that works together enthusiastically with the same end goal in mind. If you build the foundation there, the sky is the limit.
